Our job as chaplains is to help each person move to a better place in their life than they were before. We accomplish this by being available as a support figure that a person can turn to when they are in turmoil or having difficulty with some aspect of their lives.

As chaplains we are bound to be spiritually neutral in the caring and pastoral healing we offer. We believe it is best when a person chooses to learn more about their Spiritual walk out of gratitude rather than from fear. We are available to discuss a person's walk with God but will do so only when so requested by the employee.
